Conditions of Entry:
- This promotion is open to all members of the Northern Rivers community.
- Centre management staff and immediate family and also contractors and immediate family of Lismore Shopping Square are ineligible to enter this promotion.
- The promotion begins at 9am, Friday the 1st of June 2018 and ends on Saturday, 16th of June at 11am.
- People can enter the competition by submitting up to 10 photos online to the published link or via a USB handed into the centre management office.
- The boundaries of this photography competition are within a 30KM radius of the Lismore CBD with still adhering to the main task of competition ‘capturing the essence of Lismore’.
- The following categories are open to amateur photographers only. Professional photographers are exempt from entering this competition. Professional Photographers are defined as individuals who receive their primary income from professional photography.

- Free – this photography can be of whatever Lismore is to you
- By entering the competition the photographer retains copyright of his or her images.
The entrant provides Lismore Square, The New Camera House and Lismore Nimbin Tourism with an authorisation and/or licence to display, print, communicate and distribute their photographs in any way for promoting the competition and for the promotional use of our community. Proper credit lines will be attributed to each photographer when used in any publicity of Lismore or Lismore square. - The entrant must be the copyright owner of any images he/she enters into the competition.
- You must be a resident of Australia, with an Australian mailing address, to be eligible to win the prize.
- Any post-production and editing must be the work of the entrant.
- The entrant is responsible for obtaining all relevant model and/or property releases.
- The entrant indemnifies Lismore Shopping Square, The New Camera House and Lismore Nimbin Tourism against any claim, legal or otherwise, that may arise out of publication of the image.
- By entering the photograph into this competition the entrant guarantees to Lismore Shopping Square that the above entry requirements have been met.
- This is not a game of chance.
- The winner of the competition will be selected by a representative from Lismore Square, Lismore Nimbin Tourism, The New Camera House, Canon, Nikon and Sony. The judge's decision is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize cannot be bartered and is not redeemable for cash.
- The name of the winner of the prize packages will be announced live from the stage at The New Camera House camera expo at 1pm, Saturday 16th June 2108 outside Big W at Lismore Shopping Square and will be put on the Lismore Shopping Square Facebook page after the winner has been notified.
- Lismore Shopping Square Centre Management and The New Camera House may use the information supplied by the entrants in the competition for the compilation of a mailing list. Those who are signed up can opt out at any time at the bottom of all email correspondence and will be able to change their details by emailing enquiries@lismoreshoppingsquare.com. This information will be available to Lismore Shopping Square, McConaghy Properties Pty Ltd (parent company). No other parties will be privy to the database.
- Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. Management reserves the right to refuse the prize redemption to any entrant who does not comply with the above terms and conditions.
